Credit expiry ⏳

All Savebo credit has expiry terms set by the merchant

On Savebo, merchant-issued credits are sold to you with an expiry date set by the brand. This means that unlike regular currency, store credit and bonus credit have a limited lifespan, so be sure to check their expiry periods to make the most of your balance.

Expiry Periods

The lifespan of credits varies depending on the brand, with all expiry periods ranging from 3 to 36 months. Each brand sets its own policy, so it’s a good idea to keep track of expiry dates for your credits to ensure you use them before they expire.

Managing Expiring Credits

You can easily keep an eye on your expiring credits within your Savebo Wallet:

  1. View Expired Credits: Go to Expired Credit to see credits that have passed their expiry date.

  2. Search Expiring Credits: Use the Search expired credit bar to quickly locate any specific brand credits nearing expiry.

  3. Download Statement: Download a summary of expiring credits for easy reference.

Credit Details

On the Expired Credit page, you’ll find information for each brand credit, including:

  • Merchant: The brand that issued the credit

  • Store Credit: Amount of primary store credit

  • Bonus Credit: Amount of bonus credit issued

  • Amount: Total credit balance

  • Credit Expiry Date: The date your credit will expire

With these tools, Savebo makes it simple to track your credits so you can use them while they’re still active. For further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@savebo.com.
