Transfer your store credit to anyone.
All store credit and bonus credit can be purchased from merchants through a variety of transactions. Upon completing a purchase of credit, your wallet will be instantly credited with the designated amount of store credit and bonus credit as part of the transaction. Upon receiving store credit within your Savebo Wallet, you are welcome to transfer any and all credit at any time to any other Savebo wallet on the network. This process can be simply and quickly actioned by sending credit to a recipient's email address. If the recipient does not yet have a Savebo wallet, you can still send credit to that email address. Upon sending credit to a non-user's email address, they will receive an invitation to instantly join, and, when they sign in for the first time, they will be able to view any and all received credit associated with that email address. To transfer credit to another wallet, please follow the below steps:
Log in to your Savebo wallet (www.savebo.com/wallet).
Click the
Send Credit
button under a brand's credit summary.Enter the name and email details of the person you wish to transfer credit to. (NB: Transfers to incorrect email addresses cannot be refunded.)
Enter the amount of store credit (inclusive of any bonus credit) that you would like to send to the new wallet.
Click on the
Process Credit
button to send the chosen amount of credit to the new wallet.Your selected recipient will instantly receive any and all store credit sent to their wallet when they sign in. If they are new to Savebo, they will also receive an invitation to sign up.
